主任医师，中华医学会广东省医学会麻醉学分会麻醉危机模拟医学学组组长，中华麻醉学会广东省分会委员，广东省医师协会麻醉科医师分会常委，中国人体健康科技促进会麻醉与围术期科技专业委员会常务委员，深圳麻醉学会副主任委员，深圳医院协会麻醉分会副会长。2014年首次在广东省麻醉年会上实现了实验室外的高仿真麻醉危机情境模拟培训，之后多次在全国年会和省年会上举办麻醉危机情境模拟专场，成为麻醉年会的特色项目。2020年主编由人民卫生出版社出版《麻醉危机管理》。
